November 2014: Chamber Jazz at Ranelagh Arts Centre
NOVEMBER 2014
Chamber Jazz @ Ranelagh (Speakeasy) Arts Centre
Emilie Conway creates a cozy speakeasy experience in which the song takes centre chambre at the Ranelagh Arts Centre, November 8th, 8pm.
Hope there's someone to answer the turquoise door at Number 26 Ranelagh, (Try whispering "I love Ranelagh Arts" into the near full moon night, if there's no response!) Walk through the gallery, exit by the hidden door in the far room into a narrow hall of climbing beanstalk bookcases and an old singer sewing machine. Go up a black wooden staircase to the first floor chambre, beneath Jean's art studio. You are invited to Chamber Jazz with chanteuse Emilie Conway, Myles Drennan, piano and Dave Fleming, bass. An evening of all kinds of jazz: songs, spoken word and good choooons!
