Yeats and Tagore: India Meets Ireland
March 16, 1pm: New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, Dorothy and Lewis B. Cullman Center, Bruno Walter Auditorium
This project grew out of my work with John Sorensen who was artistic director for the Village Trip festival which I sang at 2 years ago John and I share many similar artistic interests and concerns .... and in the course of discussions about Yeats ...his relationship with Indian poet, Tagore, came up .... out of which gradually grew this performance collage: Yeats and Tagore: India meets Ireland.

I'm also performing my own original material weaving story-telling, poems and music with bassist, Simon Germyn at Out by 10 on March 14

Brazilian Jazz at Arthur's April 11
Brazilian jazz strikes again as we appear at Arthurs on April 11 with ongoing collaboration with artist Mairead de Blaca.

Ever since working with the Ark and Improvised Music Company last year to create a jazz for kids we've just wanted to do more work with children as it was just delightful. So, I'm delighted to say, we've been invited to perform in Big Bang Dublin .. a children's music festival run by the Ark and supported by Creative Europe on April 6. More information
